Judges of the different High Courts also belong to the same family even though there may be . slight variations in the authorities who are to be consulted at the time of their appointment . विभिन्न उच्च न्यायालयों के न्यायाधीश एक ही परिवार के सदस्य हैं , भले ही उनकी नियुक्ति के समय जिन प्राधिकारियों से परामर्श करना होता है , उनके विषय में किंचित भेद हो .

Judges were exhorted to give their decisions only in accordance with law and justice and if kings disregarded such decisions , the judges incurred no sin . न्यायाधीशों को इस बात के लिए प्रेरित किया जाता था कि वे केवल विधि और न्याय के आधार पर ही अपने निर्णय दें.यदि राजा ऐसे निर्णयों की अवहेलना करे तो न्यायाधीशों को कोई पाप नहीं लगेगा .

This works for the whole group and not for a sole person. If it is brought into wrong usage then the petitioner might also have to pay fine. Ten of the 13 Judges held that article 368 itself contained the power to amend the Constitution and that ' law ' in article 13 -LRB- 2 -RRB- did not take in a constitutional amendment under article 368 . 13 में से 10 न्यायाधीशों ने निर्णय दिया कि स्वयं अनुच्छेद 368 में संविधान-संशोधन की शक्ति निहित है और अनुच्छेद 13 ( 2 ) की विधि अनुच्छेद 368 के अधीन संविधान-संशोधन को आत्मसात नहीं करती .

Judges of the Supreme Court are to be paid such salaries as may be determined by Parliament by law and until so determined salaries as laid down in the Second Schedule -LRB- article 125 -RRB- . उच्चतम न्यायालय के न्यायाधीशों को ऐसे वेतन दिए जाएंगे जिन्हें संसद विधि द्वारा विनिश्चित करे और जब तक ऐसा विनिश्चय नहीं किया जाता , दूसरी सूची में विनिर्दिष्ट वेतन दिए जाएंगे ( अनुच्छेद 125 ) .

Under this provision , the Parliament passed the Supreme Court -LRB- Number of Judges -RRB- Act , 1956 increasing the number of other judges to 10 , and subsequently by various amendments to this Act , to 25 . इस उपबंध के अधीन , संसद ने उच्चतम न्यायालय ( न्यायाधीशों की संख़्या ) अधिनियम पास किया जिसके अनुसार अन्य न्यायाधीशों की संख़्या बढ़ाकर दस कर दी गई और बाद में इस अधिनियम के अनेक संशोधनों द्वारा 25 कर दी गई .

Civil Crimal cases are given an individual hearing. Civil and Session Courts are different bodies. Judges at this level are appointed through common examinations, and they are appointed by the Governor and the High Court Judge. इस स्तर पर सिविल आपराधिक मामलों की सुनवाई अलग अलग होती है इस स्तर पर सिविल तथा सेशन कोर्ट अलग अलग होते है इस स्तर के जज सामान्य भर्ती परीक्षा के आधार पर भर्ती होते है उनकी नियुक्ति राज्यपाल राज्य मुख्य न्यायाधीश की सलाह पर करता है

Judges , of course , have to give their verdict on the material on record and no one can and should expect the courts to hold a person guilty unless there be credible evidence to substantiate the charge against him . यह सही है कि न्यायाधीशों को अभिलेख पर उपलब्ध सामग्री के आधार पर ही अपने निर्णय देने होते हैं और कोई व्यक्ति यह आशा नहीं कर सकता और न करनी चाहिए कि किसी व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध लगाए गए आरोप को सिद्ध करने के लिए विश्वसनीय साक्ष्य न हो तो भी न्यायालय उसे दोषी ठहराएगा .

Judges of the High Court were appointed by the President after consultation with the Chief Justice of India , the Governor of the State and in case of appointment of all judges other than the Chief Justice , the Chief Justice of the High Court . अनुच्छेद 217 में कहा गया है कि भारत के मुख्य न्यायमूर्ति से , उस राज्य के राज्यपाल से और मुख्य न्यायमूर्ति से इतर सभी न्यायाधीशों की नियुक्ति की दशा में , उस उच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायमूर्ति से परामर्श करने के बाद , राष्ट्रपति उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीशों की नियुक्ति करेगा .
