The Constitution -LRB- 45th Amendment -RRB- Bill sought to lay down that secular and democratic character of the Constitution would be regarded as being among the basic features of the Constitution . संविधान ( 45वां संशोधन ) विधेयक में यह निर्धारित करने का प्रयास किया गया था कि संविधान के पंथनिरपेक्ष तथा लोकतंत्रात्मक स्वरूप को संविधान की एक बुनियादी विशेषता माना जाएगा .
