In his book, " The Whisky Distilleries of the United Kingdom ", Barnard described Marrowbone Lane as having some of the biggest distilling equipment in the world, including two mash tuns with capacities in excess of 100, 000 gallons, which were the " said to be the largest in the United Kingdom ".

Take a brief tour and you'll see the 1910 mill where the brewing process begins; the mash tun, the stainless steel tank where sugar is converted to starch; the brew kettle where the wort ( the liquid derived from malted barley, water and hops ) is boiled; the fermentation tanks; and the bottling line.
