The Utah Governor s Office of Economic Development Board of Directors and elected officials from Iron County and Cedar City have approved financial incentives for MSC Aerospace ( MSC ) and its subsidiaries SyberJet Aircraft ( SJA ) and Metalcraft Technologies ( MTI ) totaling almost $ 45 million.
