Proposal of criticism-The opposition can put forth this proposal when it wishes to oppose or criticise any act of the ruling party.It is not mandatory to ask for approval before this proposal is set forth.If it is passed by the Parliament, then the ruling party is given a definite period of time to explain their standing and actions on the said issues. निंदा प्रस्ताव- लोकसभा मे विपक्ष यह प्रस्ताव लाकर सरकार की किसी विशेष नीति का विरोध/निंदा करता है इसे लाने हेतु कोई पूर्वानुमति जरूरी नही है यदि लोकसभा मे पारित हो जाये तो मंत्रिपरिषद निर्धारित समय मे विश्वास प्रस्ताव लाकर अपने स्थायित्व का परिचय देती है है उसके लिये यह अनिवार्य है

An Additional Sessions judge or a retired judge is the judge in these courts. It is not possible to delay the legal process in these courts, and it is mandatory to finish the law process within a definite period of time. ये अतिरिक्त सत्र न्यायालय है इनक गठन दीर्घावधि से लंबित अपराध तथा अंडर ट्रायल वादों के तीव्रता से निपटारे हेतु किया गया है इसके पीछे कारण यह था कि वाद लम्बा चलने से न्याय की क्षति होती है तथा न्याय की निरोधक शक्ति कम पड जाती है जेल मे भीड बढ जाती है 10 वे वित्त आयोग की सलाह पर केद्र सरकार ने राज्य सरकारों को 1 अप्रेल 2001 से 1734 फास्ट ट्रेक कोर्ट गठित करने का आदेश दिया अतिरिक्त सेशन जज याँ उंचे पद से सेवानिवृत जज इस प्रकार के कोर्टो मे जज होता है इस प्रकार के कोर्टो मे वाद लंबित करना संभव नहीं होता हैहर वाद को निर्धारित स्मय मे निपटाना होता है

The opposition puts forth a proposal of Non Belief in the parliament. It is mandatory that there should be at least 50 members of the opposition who put forth this proposal.This does not oppose the ruling party but influences other proposals. This proposal stands for a definite period of time and after debate, if it is passed, then the cabinet of ministers have to put forth their resignations to the President. In an entire term of the legislature, this proposal can be put forth only once. लोकसभा के क्रियांवयन नियमॉ मे इस प्रस्ताव का वर्णन है विपक्ष यह प्रस्ताव लोकसभा मे मंत्रिपरिषद के विरूद्ध लाता है इसे लाने हेतु लोकसभा के 50 सद्स्यॉ का समर्थन जरूरी है यह सरकार के विरूद्ध लगाये जाने वाले आरोपॉ का वर्णन नही करता है केवल यह बताता है कि सदन मंत्रिपरिषद मे विश्वास नही करता है एक बार प्रस्तुत करने पर यह प्रस्ताव् सिवाय धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव के सभी अन्य प्रस्तावॉ पर प्रभावी हो जाता है इस प्रस्ताव हेतु पर्याप्त समय दिया जाता है इस पर् चर्चा करते समय समस्त सरकारी कृत्यॉ नीतियॉ की चर्चा हो सकती है लोकसभा द्वारा प्रस्ताव पारित कर दिये जाने पर मंत्रिपरिषद राष्ट्रपति को त्याग पत्र सौंप देती है संसद के एक सत्र मे एक से अधिक अविश्वास प्रस्ताव नही लाये जा सकते है
