In 1744, the Laws of Cricket were codified for the first time and then amended in 1774, when innovations such as lbw, middle stump and maximum bat width were added. These laws stated that the principals shall choose from amongst the gentlemen present two umpires who shall absolutely decide all disputes. The codes were drawn up by the so-called “”Star and Garter Club“” whose members ultimately founded MCC at Lord's in 1787. MCC immediately became the custodian of the Laws and has made periodic revisions and recodifications subsequently लॉर्ड्स के पुराने ग्राउंड (Lords Old Ground)की शुरुआत हुई तब तक हैम्ब्लडन खेल का सबसे बड़ा क्लब था और इसका केन्द्र बिन्दु भी था.एमसीसी जल्दी ही खेल का प्रिमिअर क्लब बन गया और क्रिकेट के नियमों (Laws of Cricket)का संरक्षक बन गया. 18 वीं सदी के उत्तरार्द्ध भाग में नए नियम बनाये गए जिसमें तीन स्टम्प का विकेट और लेग बिफोर विकेट शामिल था.

Every citizen has the locus standi to oppose withdrawal from prosecution of such a case by a person , and , failing to do so , to file a revision before In a case where an organisation formed for protecting democratic rights addressed a letter to one of the Judges of the Supreme Court alleging violation of labour laws in respect of workmen engaged in various Asiad projects , the court treated the letter as a writ petition and held that the organisation had locus , standi and , after hearing the parties , relief was granted . यदि कोऋ वऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यि> इस तरह के मामले को आगे बढऋआने से पीछे हटता है ढतो प्रतऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-येक नागरिक को उसका विरोध करने का अधिकार है और यदि उसकी बात न सुनी जाए तो उचऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-च नऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यायालय में पुनरीक्षण याचिका दायर करने और उचऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-च नऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यायालय के निर्णय की उचऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-चतम नऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यायालय में अपील करने का अधिकार है.एक मामले में ऋसमें लोकतांत्रिक अधिकारों के संरक्षण के लिए गठित किसी संगठन ने उचऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-चतम नऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यायालय के एक नऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यायाधीश को पत्र लिखकर यह आरोप लगाया था कि विभिनऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-न एशियाड परियोजनाओं में कार्यरत मजदूरों के मामले में श्रमिक विधियों का उल्लंघन हो रहा है , नऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यायालय ने उस पत्र को ही रिट याचिका मान लिया था और यह निर्णय दिया था कि उकऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-त संगठन को ऋसुने जाने का अधिकारऋ है और संबंधित पक्षों की सुनवाऋ के उपरांत , आवशऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यक राहत प्रदान की जाये .

To reconsider their vote on only this to say when there will be a logical caused the President not pay his/her after revisions will be binding although not reveal when its two senior judges of the Supreme Court will not reconsider the case of course it again if she wants to take the opinion of two senior judges High Court / Supreme Court opinion of other judges, but all opinions can also always be in written. सुप्रीम कोर्ट एडवोकेट्स आन रिकार्ड एसो बनाम भारत संघ वाद 1993 मे दिये गये निर्णय के अनुसार सर्वोच्च न्यायालय उच्च न्यायालय के जजॉ की नियुक्ति तथा उच्च न्यायालय के जजॉ के तबादले इस प्रकार की प्रक्रिया है जो सर्वाधिक योग्य उपल्ब्ध व्यक्तियॉ की नियुक्ति की जा सके सी.जे.आई. का मत प्राथमिकता पायेगा वह एक मात्र अधिकारी होगा उच्च न्यायपालिका मे कोई नियुक्ति बिना उस की सहमति के नही होती है संवैधानिक सत्ताओं के संघर्ष के समय सी.जे आई. न्यायपालिका का प्रतिनिधित्व करेगा राष्ट्रपति सी.जे.आई. को अपने मत पर फिर से विचार करने को तभी कहेगा जब इस हेतु कोई तार्किक कारण मौजूद होगा पुनःविचार के बाद उसका मत राष्ट्रपति पे बाध्यकारी होगा यधपि अपना मत प्रकट करते समय वह सुप्रीम कोर्ट के दो वरिष्टम न्यायधीशों का मत जरूर लेगा पुनःविचार की दशा मे फिर से उसे दो वरिष्टम न्यायधीशॉ की राय लेनी होगी वह चाहे तो उच्च न्यायालय/सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के अन्य जजॉ की राय भी ले सकता है लेकिन सभी राय सदैव लिखित मे होगी
