The great irony is that Arabs are paying the higher price for their destructive urge. The Arab focus on harming the Jewish state prevents a talented and dignified people from achieving its potential. It means they neglect improving their own standard of living, opening up their own political process, or attaining the rule of law. The result is plain to see: Arabs are among the world leaders in percentages of dictatorships, rogue states, violent conflicts, and military spending. यह बडी विडम्बना है कि अरबवासियों को अपने विध्वंसक आग्रह के लिये बडी कीमत चुकानी पड रही है। यहूदी राज्य को रोकने पर अरबवासियों के ध्यान देने से उनके प्रतिभाशाली और शालीन लोग अपनी क्षमता को प्राप्त नहीं कर पा रहे हैं। इसका अर्थ है कि वे अपने जीवन स्तर में सुधार करने करने का प्रयास नहीं कर रहे हैं , अपनी राजनीतिक प्रक्रिया को खोल नहीं रहे हैं या फिर कानून के शासन को प्राप्त नहीं करना चाहते। इसका परिणाम स्पष्ट है कि विश्व के तानाशाहों के प्रतिशत में अरब के लोग हैं , दुष्ट राज्य हैं, हिंसक संघर्ष हैं और सेना पर खर्च है।

Two obstacles stand in the way of these changes, however. In the Middle East especially, tribal affiliations remain of paramount importance. As explained by Philip Carl Salzman in his recent book, Culture and Conflict in the Middle East , these ties create a complex pattern of tribal autonomy and tyrannical centralism that obstructs the development of constitutionalism, the rule of law, citizenship, gender equality, and the other prerequisites of a democratic state. Not until this archaic social system based on the family is dispatched can democracy make real headway in the Middle East. यद्यपि इन परिवर्तनों के समक्ष दो बाधायें खडी हैं। विशेष रूप से मध्य पूर्व में जनजातीय जुडाव एक प्रमुख मह्त्व बना हुआ है। जैसा कि फिलिप कार्ल साल्जमन ने अपनी हाल की पुस्तक Culture and conflict in the Middle East में व्याख्यायित किया है कि यह सम्बन्ध जनजातीय स्वायत्तता और उत्पीडक केन्द्रीयता की जटिल पद्धति को उत्पन्न करता है जो संविधानवाद के विकास, विधि के शासन, लैंगिक समानता और लोकतांत्रिक राज्य के लिये आवश्यक शर्तों में बाधा उत्पन्न करता है। जब तक परिवार पर आधारित यह अराजक व्यवस्था मध्य पूर्व से चली नहीं जाती तब तक यहाँ लोकतंत्र का मार्ग प्रशस्त नहीं हो सकता।

According to Supreme court's decission, in Article 324 [1] the execution powers of the election commission cannot be controlled by work council. Its powers can only be controlled by Electoral and constitutional measures and by Parliament Election Law. The power of Election's supervision, direction, control also lies the duty to conduct free and fair elections in the country. Wherever Parliament methods are silent regarding the election, there election commission holds unlimited power to conduct fair election. Although natural justice, the rule of law and power utilization should happen by it. 2.सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्णयानुसार अनु 324[1] मे निर्वाचन आयोग की शक्तियाँ कार्यपालिका द्वारा नियंत्रित नहीं हो सकती उसकी शक्तियां केवल उन निर्वाचन संबंधी संवैधानिक उपायों तथा संसद निर्मित निर्वाचन विधि से नियंत्रित होती है निर्वाचन का पर्यवेक्षण निर्देशन नियंत्रण तथा आयोजन करवाने की शक्ति मे देश मे मुक्त तथा निष्पक्ष चुनाव आयोजित करवाना भी निहित है जहां कही संसद विधि निर्वाचन के संबंध मे मौन है वहां निष्पक्ष चुनाव करवाने के लिये निर्वाचन आयोग असीमित शक्ति रखता है यधपि प्राकृतिक न्याय विधि का शासन तथा उसके द्वारा शक्ति का सदुपयोग होना चाहिए

A parallel Somali gar courts system already exists in Britain. These developments suggest that British appeasement concerning the war on terror, the nature of the family, and the rule of law are part of a larger pattern. Even more than the security threat posed by Islamist violence, these trends are challenging and perhaps will change the very nature of Western life. Second, ideologues neglect the very issues that our opponents stressed - security and jobs - in favor of implementing Islamic laws. Greedy dictators, in contrast, short on ideology and vision, do not have a vision of society and so can be convinced to move toward economic development, personal freedoms, an open political process, and rule of law (for example, South Korea). जासेर और मैंने इस सर्वथा त्रुटिपूर्ण सूची का उत्तर दिया ( कि सैन्य शासकों के चलते 11 सितम्बर की घटना घटी) और इस आशावादी सोच का उत्तर भी दिया ( वास्तविक आस्थावान अपने उद्देश्य के साथ समझौता करेंगे? इराकी इस्लामवादियों की बडी संख्या उदारवादी हो गयी है?) और इस क्रम में अपना पहला तर्क रखा कि इस्लामवादी विचारक “ नशीली दवा के रूप में तानाशाह है” जो कि सत्ता प्राप्त करने के उपरांत नरम नहीं होते वरन उसे खोद डालते हैं और ऐसा आधार निर्मित करते हैं कि सत्ता में शास्वत रूप से रह सकें। दूसरा,विचारक उन मुद्दों की उपेक्षा करते हैं जो कि हमारे विरोधी उठा रहे हैं , विचारक इस्लामी कानून लागू करने के पक्ष में सुरक्षा और रोजगार की उपेक्षा करते हैं। इसके विपरीत लोभी तानाशाह विचारधारा के स्तर पर अल्पकालिक होते हैं और समाज को लेकर उनकी कोई सोच नहीं होती और इस कारण उन्हें आर्थिक विकास, व्यक्तिगत स्वतंत्रता, राजनीतिक प्रक्रिया आरम्भ करने और कानून का शासन स्थापित करने के लिये समझाया जा सकता है ।( उदाहरण के लिये दक्षिण कोरिया) ।

Western Islamist organizations until now have relentlessly attacked, successfully extracting apologies from media figures like Paul Harvey and Mortimer Zuckerman, from businesses like Amazon and Nike, from pastors, columnists, and even from state politicians, a top U.S. general, and the president of the United States. Never before have they apologized for having libeled someone. The CIC retraction breaks the Islamists' spell of privilege and their miasma of immunity. It establishes, at least in Canada and at present, that Islamist groups do not have impunity to fabricate lies about their opponents. The rule of law does prevail and it applies even to them. For those who fear the growth of radical Islam, this episode offers encouragement that its forces can be contained and defeated. I hope others will join me in standing up to the new totalitarianism.
