Muslims believes that in Arab at 7th century, Quran was made by heart to Mohammed Sahib who was approximately at the age of 23, by an angel Gibrael Alehi Salem (Gabriel in Christianity). मुसलमान यह विश्वास रखते है कि क़ुरआन जिब्राईल अलेही सलाम (ईसाईयत में गैब्रिएल Gabriel) नामक एक देवदूत के द्वारा मुहम्मद साहब को ७वीं सदी के अरब में लगभग २३ वर्ष की आयु में कण्ठस्थ कराया गया था।

It provided that all cases pending in the court of Rai Sahib Pandit Sri Kishan , first-class magistrate , Lahore against any or all the persons -LRB- 24 in number -RRB- would be tried by the Tribunal to be constituted under Section 4 . इसमें कहा गया कि लाहौर में प्रथम श्रेणी मजिस्ट्रेट राय साहेब पंडित श्री कृष्ण की अदालत में 24 व्यक़्तियों के खिलाफ चल रहे सभी विचाराधीन मुकदमों को धारा 4 अंतर्गत निर्मित ट्रिब्यूनल द्वारा चलाया जायेगा .
