If an extension application is refused, the person cannot continue working with you beyond their existing work permit permission or their leave to remain date stamped in their passport, whichever is the earliest. 74 अगर कोई समय बढ़ाने वाला आवेदनपत्र अस्वीकृत हो जाता हे तो वह व्यक्ति आप के साथ वर्तमान वर्क परमिट की तारीख की आञा के बाद या पासपोर्ट में इस देश में रहने की मुहर लगी तारीख के बाद काम नही कर सकता , या जो भी जल्दी समाप्त होता हो ।
