The Civil Procedure Code -LRB- Section 115 -RRB- provides that the High Court may call for the record of any case which has been decided by any court subordinate to the High Court and in which no appeal lies thereto and if such subordinate court appears : पुनरीक्षण सिविल प्रक्रिया संहिता ( धारा 115 ) में यह व्यवस्था है कि उच्च न्यायालय अपने अधीनस्थ किसी न्यायालय द्वारा निर्णीत किसी ऐसे मामले का अभिलेख मंगा सकता है जिसकी कोई अपील नहीं की जा सकती है और ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि :

The review of administrative action and the examination of numerous and complicated legislative proposals and subordinate legislation require expertise and close scrutiny that are not possible in the Lok Sabha consisting as it does of 545 members . प्रशासनिक कार्य का पुनरीक्षण करने और विविध एवं जटिल विधायी प्रस्तावों और अधीनस्थ विधान की जांच करने के लिए विशेषज्ञता होना एवं बारीकी से छानबीन करना अपेक्षित है जो लोक सभा में होना संभव नहीं है क्योंकि इसके 545 सदस्य हैं .

One of the magistrates of the first class is appointed Chief Judicial Magistrate of the court and the court is designated as the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate by the High Court who is subordinate to the Sessions Judge . प्रथम श्रेणी के मजिस्ट्रेटों में से एक को मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट नियुक्त कर दिया जाता है और उच्च न्यायालय उसके न्यायालय को मुख्य न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट के न्यायालय के रूप में अभिहित कर देता है जो सत्र न्यायालय के अधीन रहकर काम करता है .

2. It is in the powers of the court to punish the persons who commit contempt of the court. This power is not with the other subordinate courts. Conferring these powers is done by the passing of the Court Contempt Regulations 1971 by the parliament.
