The President dismisses the judges of this court only when both the houses of the parliament, by an absolute majority of the parliament, 2/3 of present and voting members, pass a motion for it on the basis of incompetence or misdeeds. Such a motion has to be taken up in the same session as the one in which it is passed. Article 124[5] describes the procedure of dismissal of the judges.
