It is possible that in the event of the formation of a world union of free and equal nations , this sovereign authority might be voluntarily limited to some extent by each component unit in the interests of world planning and cooperation . यह मुमकिन है कि आजाद और बराबरी वाले राष्ट्रों का विश्व संघ बनते समय उसके सदस्य देश विश्व योजना और विश्व सहयोग के हित में अपने इस सर्वोच्च अधिकार को स्वेच्छापूर्वक किसी हद तक सीमित कर दें , लेकिन इससे राष्ट्रीय योजना के निर्माण में कोई बाधा नहीं आयेगी .

The first of these objectives demands that all boys and girls , without distinction of class or caste should be educated under a system of free and compulsory primary education and all talented children should have an equal opportunity for higher education . इनमें से प्रथम उद्देश्य यह मांग करता है कि सभी लड़के और लड़कियां Zबिना किसी वर्ग या जाति भेद के नि : शुल्क और अनिवार्य प्राथमिक शिक्षा व्यवस्था के अंतर्गत शिक्षित किये जायें तथा सभी कुशाग्र बुद्धि के बच्चों को बराबरी से उच्च शिक्षा का अवसर दिया जाये .

Under the scheme, half of the premium payable by small and marginal farmers is subsidised equally by the central and the state governments and indemnity claims are shared by the union government and state governments in the ratio of 2:1. इस योजना के अंतर्गत, छोटे और कम उत्पादन करने वाले कृषकों द्वारा भुगतान किया जाने वाले प्रीमियम को केंद्रीय और राज्य सरकार् दोनों ही बराबरी से आर्थिक सहायता देती हैं और क्षतिपूर्ति-दावों को २:१ के अनुपात में केंद्र सरकार तथा राज्य सरकार आपस में बाँट लेती हैं.

Besides the beauty , grace , vigour and agility depicted in Durga , the clever synthesis of the buffalo-head and human body of the demon Mahishasura would equal only that of the Varaha form mentioned above , not to speak of the defiance and haughtiness depicted by his stance and demeanour even in the animal face . दुर्गा में चित्रित सौंदर्य , लालित्य , ओज और दक्षता के साथ ही महिषासुर में भैंस के सिर और मानव शरीर का संश्लेषण केवल उस वराह रूप की ही बराबरी कर सकता है , जिसका ऊपर वर्णन किया जा चुका हैं ; उसके पशु मुख पर , उसकी मुद्रा और आचरण द्वारा दिखाई गई अवज्ञा और अंहकार का तो कहना ही क़्या है !

He found that in order to get cases , he needed to prove himself a little better than a comparable English lawyer , because , if other things were equal , most clients , whether Indians or English , preferred to have an Englishman to fight their case . उनऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-हें लगा कि मुकदमें हासिल करने के लिए उनऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-हें अपने आपको किसी भी अंग्रेज वकील की तुलना में कुछ बेहतर सिद्ध करने की आवशऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यकता होगी , कऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-योंकि यदि अनऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-य बातें बराबरी की रहें , तो अधिकतर मुवकऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-किल,चाहे वो भारतीय हों या अंग्रेज , अपने मुकदमों के लिए अंग्रेज को ही तरजीह देते थे .

The Bombay Government declare , in their statement of labour policy , that ” they are convinced that no legislative programme can be a substitute for the organised strength of the working class , and till organizations of workers , run on genuine trade union lines , grow up in the various fields of employment , no lasting good can accrue . बंबई सरकार ने मजदूरों के बारे में अपनी पालिसी के घोषण पत्र में कहा है , ” उसे पूरा यकीन है कि कोई भी कानून मजदूरों की संगठित ताकत की बराबरी नहीं कर सकता और जब तक मजदूरों के संगठन असली ट्रेड यूनियनों की तरह काम नहीं करने लगते और रोजगार के मुख़्तलिफ क्षेत्रों में नहीं फैल जाते हैं , तब तक कोई भी स्थायी लाभ नहीं हो सकता .
