All further concessions from the British Government had to be wrung through nation-wide agitation which later took the form of passive resistance , and these concessions always came just too late to satisfy the people . ब्रिटिश सरकार द्वारा दी जाने वाली आगे की सभी रियायतों को संपूर्ण राष्ट्र के आंदोलन से दबाया पड़ा , जिन्होनें बाद में शांत अवरोध का रूप ले लिया और ये रियायतें लोगों को शांत करने की दृष्टि से काफी विलंब से आयी .

The award of the Lok Adalat can be enforced in law as it is deemed to be a decree of a civil court or tribunal and such award is final and binding upon all parties in dispute to avoid further costs , expenses and delay . लोक अदालत के अधिनिर्णय को विधित : लागू किया जा सकता है क़्योंकि इसे सिविल न्यायालय या अधिकरण की डिक्री माना जाता है तथा आगे और खर्च एवं विलंब को बचाने के लिए इसे विवाद के सभी पक्षों के लिए अंतिम तथा बाध्यकारी माना जाता है .

Thus , with no change in train mileage the great increase in traffic meant abnormal overcrowding in passenger trains , serious bottlenecks in transport and delays and difficulties in the movement of goods . इस प्रकार जहां लाइनों की मील संख़्या में कोई वृद्धि नहीं हुई , यातायात में अधिक वृद्धि का अर्थ था यात्री गाड़ियों में अस्वाभाविक रूप से अधिक भीड़ भाड़ , परिवहन में गंभीर प्रकार के अवरोध , माल लाने ले जाने में अत्यधिक विलंब और अनेक कठिनाइयां .

The system , though to some extent rough , crude and ready , was impartial , prompt and inex-pensive and , in many respects , superior to the present-day administration of justice which is ridden with delays , uncer-tainty and often corruption . उस समय का न्यायतंत्र यद्यपि कुछ सीमा तक रुक्ष , अपरिष्कृत और उद्यत प्रकार का था पर वह निष्पक्ष , त्वरित और कम खर्चीला था और कई दृष्टियों से वर्तमान न्यायतंत्र से बेहतर था जो विलंब , अनिश्चितता और प्राय : भ्रष्टाचार से ग्रस्त है .

Few days after this in 1677 Rajaram again entered the Makabul, He had stolen the expensive things like gold , silver, etc but he could not carry these things with him. इसके कुछ ही समय बाद १६८८ में राजा राम सिकंदरा में दोबारा प्रकट हुआ और शाइस्ता खां के आने में विलंब का फायदा उठाते हुए उसने मकबरे पर दोबारा सेंध लगाई और बहुत से बहुमूल्य सामान जैसे सोने चाँदी बहुमूल्य कालीन चिराग इत्यादि लूट लिए तथा जो ले जा नहीं सका उन्हें बर्बाद कर गया।

Tice , he can approach the civil servant concerned and bring the matter to his notice , but with decorum and in a manner not in any way amounting to pressurising or exercising undue influence . यदि विधेयक सोचता है कि मामला न्यायोचित और वैध है परंतु साधारण तरीके से न्याय मिलने में विलंब हो जायेगा तो वह संबंधित अधिकारियों या कर्मचारियों से मिलकर मामला उसके ध्यान में ला सकता है , परंतु ऐसा मर्यादापूर्वक और ऐसे ढंग से किया जाना चाहिए कि उसमें दबाव डालने या अनुचित प्रभाव का प्रयोग करने की बात न हो .

After a short while, Raja Ram reappeared at Sikandara and taking advantage of the delay in coming of Shaista Khan, the governor-designate of Agra, he attacked and plundered Akbar's mausoleum.
