The success of Family Courts depends upon their departing from procedure as in ordinary suits and evolving a procedure that can help to obtain truth and information without much expense and time , thus giving speedy justice . कुटुंब न्यायालयों की सफलता साधारण वादों की प्रक्रिया से हटने पर और ऐसी प्रक्रिया विकसित करने पर निर्भर करती है जिसमें बिना Zअधिक व्यय और समय लगाए सचाई और जानकारी मालूम की जा सके और त्वरित न्याय दिया जा सके .

If the normal procedure of the courts did not produce satisfactory results , it was the duty of the trying courts to start investigations and find out the truth of the matter under dispute , unlike a modern court which has only to see if the plaintiff has proved his case . यदि न्यायालय की सामान्य प्रक्रिया से संतोषजनक परिणाम नहीं निकलता था तो मामले का विचारण करने वाले न्यायालय का यह कर्तव्य होता था कि वह स्वयं अन्वेषण करे और विवादित मामले की सचाई का पता लगाए.यह बात आज के न्यायालयों से भिन्न हैं जिनका काम सिर्फ यह देखना है कि वादी अपना पक्ष साबित कर पाया या नहीं .
