The terms and conditions of service of the staff and officers of the Court should appropriately be settled by rules made by the Chief Justice and approved by the President -LRB- article 229 -RRB- . अपेक्षा की जाती है कि न्यायालय के कर्मचारीवृंद तथा अधिकारियों की सेवा की शर्तें ऐसे नियमों द्वारा समुचित रूप से तय की जाएं जिन्हें मुख्य न्यायमूर्ति बनाएं और जिनका अनुमोदन राष्ट्रपति करे ( अनुच्छेद 229 ) .
