The union government has also set up a number of organizations, under the aegis of ministry of agriculture and ministry of commerce, such as commodity boards, cooperative federations and export promotion councils for monitoring and boosting the production, consumption, marketing and export of various agricultural commodities केंद्र सरकार ने कृषि मंत्रालय और वाणिज्य मंत्रालय के तत्त्वावधान में उत्पादन, खपत, खरीद-फ़रोख्त और विभिॅफ कृषीय पण्यों के निर्यात का निरीक्षण करने और उसे बढ़ावा देने के लिए कई संस्थाएँ स्थापित की हैं, जैसे पण्य मंडल, सहकारी संघ और निर्यात प्रोत्साहन परिषद्.

The major programmes included in the Fifth Plan were the completion of a petro-chemicals complex in the public sector at Baroda , the commissioning of the polyester filament yarn project in the cooperative sector at Baroda and commencement of work on the petro-chemicals complex at Bongaigaon . पांचवीं योजना में लिये गये प्रमुख कार्यक्रम थे- बड़ौदा में सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के अन्तर्गत पैट्रोकैमिकल संस्थान का पूरा होना , बड़ौदा में सहकारी क्षेत्र के अन्तर्गत Zपोलिस्टर फिलामेंट यार्न परियोजना का शुरू किया जाना तथा बोगाईगांव में पैट्रोकैमिकल संस्थान के काम का शुरू होना .

A Cooperative Court hearing a dispute under the Cooperative Societies Act has been invested with the power to summon and enforce attendance of witnesses including the parties interested or any of them and compel them to give evidence on oath , etc . in the same manner as is provided in the . case of Civil Courts by the Code of Civil Procedure , 1908 . सहकारी सोसाइटी अधिनियम के अधीन किसी विवाद की सुनवाई करने वाले सहकारी न्यायालय को हितबद्ध पक्षों या उनमें से किसी को तथा अन्य साक्षियों को समन करने , अपने समक्ष उपस्थित कराने और शपथ पर साक्ष्य देने के लिए विवश करने आदि की वैसी ही शक्तियां प्रदान की गई हैं जैसी कि सिविल प्रक्रिया संहिता , 1908 में सिविल न्यायालयों को हैं .
