10. In article 312, there is provision of Indian Civil Service. From the evidence of one Ashan Ulla Khan , a physician , it was sought to be established that when he and Ghulam Abbas , the attorney in the court , were with the King , they were told that the troopers had killed Mrs Fraser and had gone up to Captain Douglas to kill him and that the King 's servants joined in these murders with the full knowledge of the King . अशां उल्ला खान के बयान से यह साबित करने की कोशिश की गयी कि जब वह और वकील गुलाम अब्बास बादशाह के साथ थे , उन्हें यह बताया गया था कि श्रीमती फ्रेसर को मारने के बाद सिपाही कैप्टन डगलस को मारने गये हैं.इतना ही नहीं , बादशाह की पूरी जानकारी में उनके सेवक इन हत्याओं में शामिल हुए थे .
