As may be determined by Parliament by law or as under the Second Schedule of the Constitution . हर राज्यपाल बिना किराया दिए सरकारी आवास का तथा ऐसी अन्य उपलब्धियों आदि का हकदार होगा , जिनका निर्धारण संसद द्वारा विधि के जरिए अथवा संविधान की दूसरी अनुसूची के अधीन किया जाए .

Borrowing : The executive power of the Union extends to borrowing upon the Consolidated Fund of India within limits , if any , set by Parliament by law -LRB- article 292 -RRB- . उधार लेना : संघ की कार्यपालिका-शक्ति के अनुसार संसद द्वारा विधि के अधीन नियत सीमाओं के भीतर भारत की संचित निधि से उधार लिया जा सकता है ( अनुच्छेद 292 ) .

A Sessions Judge -LRB- or an Additional Ses-sions Judge -RRB- can award any sentence -LRB- imprisonment in-cluding life imprisonment as well as fine -RRB- authorised by law including the death sentence . सत्र न्यायाधीश ( अथवा अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश ) मृत्युदंड समेत विधि द्वारा प्राधिकृत कोई दंड ( आजीवन कारावास समेत कारावास तथा जुर्माना ) दे सकता है .

No taxes can be legally levied and no expenditure incurred from the public exchequer without specific parliamentary authorization by law -LRB- articles 114-116 and 265 -RRB- . विधि द्वारा विशिष्ट संसदीय प्राधिकरण के बिना कानूनी तौर पर न तो कोई कर लगाया जा सकता है और न ही कोई व्यय सरकारी खजाने से किया जा सकता है ( अनुच्छेद 114-116 तथा 265 ) .

Parliament may by law provide for the establishment of an administrative tribunal for the Union and a separate administrative tribunal for each State or for two or more States . संसद विधि द्वारा उपबंध कर सकती है कि संघ के लिए प्रशासनिक अधिकरण की और हर राज्य या दो या दो से अधिक राज्यों के लिए अलग से प्रशासनिक अधिकरण की स्थापना की जाए .

In short , Islam tried to stop exploitation not through mere exhortation but by law , thus setting an example of state control of economic life . संक्षेप में इस्लाम ने शोषण केवल उपदेश के द्वारा नहीं बल्कि नियम के द्वारा रोकने का प्रयत्न किया और इस तरह से आर्थिक जीवन पर राज़्य के नियंत्रण के उदाहरण प्रस्तुत किये .

Salary and Allowances : Members of both the Houses are entitled to salaries and allowances as may be determined by Parliament by law from time to time -LRB- article 106 -RRB- . सदस्यों के वेतन तथा भत्ते : दोनों सदनों के सदस्य ऐसे वेतनों तथा भत्तों के हकदार होते हैं जिनका निर्धारण समय समय पर विधि द्वारा संसद स्वयं करती है ( अनुच्छेद 106 ) .
