According to Work group3 if we want to decrease 2degrees temperature the developed countries must work on and 2020 this will be decreased. कार्य समूह III के अनुसार २ डिग्री सेल्सियस तक अगर बढ़ते तापमान को रोकना है तो विकसित देशों के एक समूह को अपने उत्सर्जन को कम करना होगा और २०२० तक उत्सर्जन १९९० के उत्सर्जन से कम होना चाहिए (सबसे अधिक माने जाने वाले क्षेत्रों में 1990 के स्तरों से 10 से 40 प्रतिशत तक कम) और २०५० तक उससे भी कम (1990 के स्तरों से 40 से 90 प्रतिशत तक कम) चाहे विकासशील देश काफ़ी कटौती क्यूँ न करें.
