In the night of 15th of August the artillery of the Alpine Corps have started a violent bombardment over the right wing of the 15th Russian Division, stretching then, more and more to the east, over to the right wing of the 10th Romanian Division, up tol Panciu Hill, height point 283 . The infantry attack followed then over the two internal flanks, Russian and Romanian . Under the impetuous flow the troops, dizzied by the bombardmend, start to reel.
