Some desert species of grasshoppers that usually breed , feed and move about solitarily for several years , as greatly isolated individuals , become gregarious at periodical intervals , increase enormously in numbers in a favourable season and then migrate in great swarms , laying waste every green plant in the peaces where they may happen to settle temporarily during the migration . टिड्डों की कुछ मरू जातियां जो प्राय : पृथक व्यष्टियों के रूप में एकल प्रजनन करती , अशन करती और घूमती फिरती हैं उनकी संख़्या आवर्ती अंतरालों पर यूथी बन जाती हैं और अनुकूल ऋतु आते ही उनकी आबादी बहुत बढ़ जाती है और तब वे बड़े बड़े झुंडों में प्रवास करती हैं .

The last , though by no means the least favourable factor for cultural unity is the fact that Hinduism constitutes for the great majority of the people a community of spiritual , moral and social ideas and institutions , which will become more pronounced when a common national language has pulled down the barriers of linguistic difference . यद्यपि अंतिम , किंतु किसी भी तरह सांस्कृतिक एकता के लिए कम अनुकूल यह तथ्य है कि हिंदुत्व बहुत बड़ी संख़्या के लोगों के लिए एक आधयात्मिक , नैतिक एवं सामाजिक विचारों तथा प्रथाओं का एक समुदाया उत्पन्न करते है , जो और अधिक स्पष्ट तब हो जायेगा , जब समान राष्ट्र भाषा संबंधी बाधाओं को हटा देगी .

But fortunately there is a favourable factor which leads us to hope that the disastrous consequences of linguistic communalism will not reach the extreme limit and cause the political disintegration of the country ; the conflicting groups and regions have by and large full confidence in the Government at the Centre and are prepared to accept its guidance in resolving cultural as well as other conflicts . किंतु भागऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-य से एक अनुकूल तथऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-य है जो हमें आशनऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-वित करता है कि भाषायी सांप्रदायिकता के खतनाक परिणाम चरम सीमा तक नहीं पहुंचेंग और देश के राजनैतिक विघटन का कारण नहीं बनेंगे , कऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-योंकि विरोधी समुदायो और क्षेत्रों की केंद्रीय सरकार पर लगभग पूरा विशऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-वास है और सांसऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-ऋति तथा अनऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-य मतभेदों के समाधान के लिए वे उसके मार्ग दर्शन को सऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-वीकार करने के लिए तैयार हैं .
