I particularly liked its safety guard, the attachment designed to hold those small pieces in place and thereby save fingers, but I was disappointed the guard couldn't be used with the waffle-cut blade . ( For those who want to be extra careful, one company that sells the Bron, Chef Depot, also markets cut-proof gloves that stand to make safety guards obsolete anyway .)
