| 7. | 1 head cauliflower, cut into flowerets

| 8. | Trim cauliflower and broccoli in flowerets.

| 9. | Slice the stems diagonally in half-inch slices and divide flowerets into bite-size sections.

| 10. | Add the drained cauliflower and broccoli flowerets and cook for about 5 minutes, turning gently every now and again.
