From the order of the High Court a further appeal can be filed to the Supreme Court by way of Special Leave to appeal under Article 136 of the Constitution of India . उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश के विरुद्ध भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 136 के अधीन विशेष इजाजत लेकर उच्चतम न्यायालय में एक और अपील की जा सकती है .

In other cases , the Supreme Court has unfettered power to grant special leave to appeal and entertain the appeal under Article 136 of the Consti-tution . अन्य मामलों में , उच्चतम न्यायालय को अपील की विशेष अनुमति देने और संविधान के अनुच्छेद 136 के अधीन , अपील को विचारार्थ स्वीकार करने की अबाध शक्ति प्राप्त है .

There may be an intra-court appeal within the subordinate court or within the High Court and ultimately an appeal may lie to the Supreme Court either as of right or by way of special leave to appeal . अधीनस्थ न्यायालय अथवा उच्च न्यायालय में ही अंतत : न्यायालय अपील हो सकती है और अंतत : उच्चतम न्यायालय में साधिकार या विशेष इजाजत लेकर अपील की जा सकती है .

These powers of the Supreme Court to grant special leave to appeal are far wider than the High Courts ' power to grant certificates to appeal to the Supreme Court under article 134 . अनुच्छेद 134 के अधीन उच्चतम न्यायालय में अपील के लिए प्रमाणपत्र देने की जो शक्ति उच्च न्यायालय को प्राप्त है , उससे कहीं अधिक व्यापक उच्चतम न्यायालय की ये शक्तियां अपील की विशेष इजाजत देने के बारे में हैं .

Under article 136 , the Supreme Court , at its discretion , may grant special leave to appeal from any judgement , decree , determination , sentence or order , in any cause or matter passed or made by any court or tribunal in the territory of India . अनुच्छेद 136 के अधीन उच्चतम न्यायालय अपने विवेकानुसार भारत के राज्य क्षेत्र के किसी न्यायालय या न्यायाधिकरण द्वारा किसी वाद या मामले में पारित किए गए या दिए गए किसी निर्णय , डिक्री , अवधारणा , दंडादेश या आदेश की अपील के लिए विशेष इजाजत दे सकेगा .
