Restrictive and unfair trade practices , it is felt , distort competition in the trade and industry and adversely affect consumer interest . यह अनुभव किया जाता है कि अवरोधक और अनुचित व्यापारिक व्यवहार व्यापार तथा उद्योग में चलने वाली प्रतियोगिता को विकृत कर देते हैं और उपभोक़्ता हित पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव डालते हैं .

Over the period of the last several years , since the regulatory provisions on unfair trade practices were introduced in the MRTP Act , voluminous case law has been built up in this field . पिछले वर्षों के दौरान , जब से अनुचित व्यापारिक व्यवहार संबंधी नियामक उपबंध ंष्ठ्फ् अधिनियम में Zसम्मिलित किए हैं , इस क्षेत्र में विशाल निर्णय विधि का निर्माण हुआ है .

Since the judicial system lacked consumer protection laws at the time it was set up , it was found convenient , in 1984 , to add to its other provisions , viz . those regarding unfair trade practices . आयोग की स्थापना के समय न्यायिक प्रणाली में उपभोक़्ता संरक्षण विधियों का अभाव था इसलिए 1984 में यह सुविधापूर्ण समझा गया कि इसके अन्य उपबंधों में अनुचित व्यापारिक व्यवहार संबंधी उपबंध जोड़ दिए जाएं .

Where unfair trade practices are concerned , there is also legislation , the Consumer Protection Act 1986 , which is independently administered through the redressal machineries set up under it . जहां तक अनुचित व्यापारिक व्यवहारों का संबंध है , इसके लिए उपभोक़्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम , 1986 नाम से एक अधिनियम है जिसे इस अधिनियम के अधीन स्थापित परिवाद निवारण प्रणाली द्वारा स्वतंत्र रूप से प्रशासित किया जाता है .

In the case of real estate developers , MRTPC 's jurisdiction has been conferred retrospectively so that restrictive or unfair trade practices committed , say , ten years earlier can also be brought under the scrutiny of the Commission . स्थावर संपत्ति का विकास करने वालों के मामले में ंष्ठ्फ् को भूतलक्ष्मी प्रभाव से अधिकारिता प्रदान की गई है ताकि अवरोधक या अनुचित व्यापारिक व्यवहार , मान लीजिए , दस वर्ष पहले भी किया गया हो तो भी आयोग उसकी छानबीन कर सके .

Under this Act , a three-tier system for settling consumer complaints relating to unfair trade practice , restrictive trade practice , purchase of goods which suffer from defects deficiency in respect of services hired including medical services has been provided : इस अधिनियम के अंतर्गत व्यापार में धोखाधड़ी , प्रतिबंधित व्यापार , खराब सामान की बिक्री तथा चिकित्सा एवं अन्य दोषपूर्ण सेवाओं से संबंधित उपभोक़्ताओं की शिकायतों का निपटारा करने के लिए तीन स्तरों की एक प्रणाली स्थापित की गई है :

In 1969 , the Indian Legislature enacted the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices -LRB- MRTP -RRB- Act by which the Monopolies Commission was set up and given powers to entertain complaints regarding monopolistic and restrictive trade practices , and later unfair trade practices by the Amendment Act in 1984 . उपभोक़्ताओं के संरक्षण के लिए आयोग 1969 में , संसद ने एकाधिकार तथा अवरोधक व्यापार व्यवहार ( ंष्ठ्फ् ) अधिनियम पारित किया जिससे एकाधिकार आयोग की स्थापना हुई . इस आयोग को एकाधिकार तथा अवरोधक व्यापारिक व्यवहार संबंधी परिवादों को विचारार्थ स्वीकार करने की शक्तियां प्रदान की गईं और बाद में , 1984 में , संशोधन अधिनियम के द्वारा अनुचित व्यापार व्यवहार को भी इसकी अधिकारिता में जोड़ दिया गया
