The officer at the Table scrutinises the ' Ayes ' / ' Noes ' and ' Abstention ' slips and counts the votes recorded thereon and compiles the result . सभा पटल पर तैनात अधिकारी हां पक्ष/ना पक्ष और ? मतदान अप्रयोग ? की पर्चियों की छानबीन करता है तथा उन पर अभिलिखित मतों की गिनती करता है तथा परिणाम का संकलन करता है .

The officer at the Table scrutinises the ' Ayes ' / ' Noes ' and ' Abstention ' slips and counts the votes recorded thereon and compiles the result . सभा पटल पर तैनात अधिकारी हां पक्ष/ना पक्ष और ? मतदान अप्रयोग ? की पर्चियों की छानबीन करता है तथा उन पर अभिलिखित मतों की गिनती करता है तथा परिणाम का संकलन करता है .

After the lapse of about three and a half minutes , the Speaker puts the question a second time and declares whether in his opinion the ' Ayes ' or the ' Noes ' have it . लगभग साढ़े तीन मिनट बीतने के बाद , अध्यक्ष प्रश्न पर दूसरी बार मत लेता है तथा घोषण्धा करता है कि क़्या उस की राय में ? हां ? पक्ष वालों की जीत हुई या ? ना ? पक्ष वालों की जीत हुई है .

A push-button set containing a pilot light and three push buttons ? a green button for ' AYES ' , a red button for ' NOES ' and a black button for ' ABSTAIN ' ? together with a push switch suspended by a wire , is provided at the seat of each member . प्रत्येक सदस्य की सीट पर एक ही पुश बटन सेट लगाया गया है जिमें एक मार्गदर्शीबत्ती तथा तीन पुश बटन हैं . हरे रंग का बटन ? हां ? पक्ष के लिए , लाल रंग का बटन ? ना ? पक्ष केक लिए ओर काले रंग का एटन ? मतदारन के अप्रयोग ? का है . इनके साथ तार के साथ लटकता हुआ एक पुश स्विच भी लगाया गया है .
