In the colonies also the principle of self-determination should be applied , and steps should be taken to democratise them . उपनिवेशों में भी खुद निर्णय का सिद्धांत लागू किया जाना चाहिए और उन्हें लोकतांत्रिक बनाने के लिए कदम उठाये जाने चाहिए .
