These proportions or relative frequencies are called genotype frequencies . इन अनुपातों को अथवा सापेक्ष बारंबारता को आनुवंयिरक रूप बारंबारता कहते हैं .

Every plant , animal or person is the outcome of its genotype and its life experiences . हर एक वनस्पति , प्राणी या व्यक्ति उसके आनुवंशिक रूप तथा जीवन में प्राप्त किये गये अनुभव का ही परिणाम है .

The inherited gene complex or genetical mould of an organism is called its genotype . किसी जीव को वंशानुगत रूप में मिले जीनों का समुच्चय अथवा आनुवंशिक ढांचा जीन-रूप या आनुवंशिक रूप4 कहलाता है .

The phenotype of an organism is , therefore , the consequence of the growth and development of a genotype in a certain environment . इसी कारण किसी भी जीव की दृश्याकृति किसी विशिष्ट परिवेश में हुए विकास तथा वृद्धि का परिणाम है .

In other words , a given genotype need not necessarily always give rise to a constant phenotype . दूसरे शब्दों में ऐसा कहा जा सकता हे कि किसी आनुवंशिक रूप द्वारा उत्पन्न होने वाला बाह्य रूप सदा एक-सा नहीं होता .

But both types will now be tall since every genotype contains the dominant allele Y -LRB- Fig . 16 -RRB- . परंतु ये दोनों किस्में ऊंचे पौधों की ही होंगी क़्योंकि हर एक में प्रबल युग़्मविकल्पी Y उपस्थित हैं ( चित्र-16 ) .

Now the parent with genotype YY produces gametes carrying only Y , and , the other parent with genotype yy , gametes carrying only y . YY द्वारा उत्पन्न किये जाने वाले युग़्मक में केवल Y होगा तथा य्य् द्वारा उत्पन्न युग़्मक में केवल य् होगा .
