” Briefly , I find in these poems a sort of ultimate common sense , a reminder of one thing and forty things which we are ever likely to lose sight of in the confusion of our Western life , in the racket of our cities , in the jabber of manufactured literature , in the vortex of advertisement . ? संक्षेप में इतना ही कहूंगा कि मुझे ये कविताएं एक तरह से सहज बोध के उत्कर्ष से समृद्ध लगीं.मुझे लगता है किसी एक के बहाने दूसरी चालीस चीजों के चक्कर में पड़कर हमारा पश्चिमी जीवन अपने महानगरों के कोलाहल , उत्पादित साहित्य के कबाड़ और विज्ञापन के झंझावात में बुरी तरह संशयग्रस्त और दिग्भ्रमित पड़ा है .
