The problems of minorities accentuated the need of having a formal declaration of certain justiciable fundamental rights in the text of the Constitution itself . अल्पसंख्यकों की समस्याओं ने संविधान के मूलपाठ में ही कतिपय वाद-योग्य अथवा न्यायालयों द्वारा लागू कराए जा सकने वाले मूल अधिकारों की औपचारिक घोषणा किए जाने की जरूरत पर बल दिया .

He has to show that he has sustained or is in immediate danger of sustaining some direct injury as a result of the enforcement of the statute , and that the injury complained of is justiciable . उसे दिखाना पड़ेगा कि कानून को लागू किए जाने के कारण उसे कोई सीधी क्षति पहुंची है या तत्काल पहुंचने का खतरा है और जिस क्षति के बारे में शिकायत की गई है , वह वाद-योग्य है .

Not only does the Constitution contain a very comprehensive charter of justiciable fundamental rights , it also delineates the limitations under which these must necessarily operate . संविधान में प्रवर्तनीय अथवा न्यायालयों द्वारा लागू कराए जा सकने वाले1 मूल अधिकारों का एक व्यापक चार्टर ही समाविष्ट नहीं किया गया बल्कि इसमें उन सीमाओं का वर्णन भी किया गया जिनके अंतर्गत इनका संचालन होना चाहिए .
