Keshav (1546-1618), Bihari (1603-1664), Bhushan(1613-1705), Matiram, Dhananad, Senapati etc were the prominent writersof this period. केशव (१५४६-१६१८) बिहारी (१६०३-१६६४) भूषण (१६१३-१७०५) मतिराम घनानन्द सेनापति आदि इस युग के प्रमुख रचनाकार रहे।

The Allahabad High Court , in their judgement in Keshav Singh 's case dated 10 March 1965 -LRB- i.e . deliveredafter the advisory opinion of the Supreme Court -RRB- , observed as follows : i . In our opinion , both upon authority and upon a consideration of the relevant provisions of the Constitution , it must be held that the Legislative Assembly has , by virtue of article 194 -LRB- 3 -RRB- , the same power to commit for its contempt as the House of Commons has . इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय ने केशव सिंह केस के बारे में दिनांक 10 मार्च , 1965 के अपने निर्णय में ( जो उच्चतम न्यायालय के परामर्श-मत के बाद दिया गया ) इस प्रकार कहा है : हमारा मत है कि प्राधिकार की दृष्टि से तथा संविधान के संगत उपबंधों के विचार की दृष्टि से यह मानना ही होगा कि अनुच्छेद 194 ( 3 ) के आधार पर विधान सभा को अपनी मानहानि के लिए कार्रवाई करने की वैसी ही शक्ति प्राप्त है जैसी शक्ति हाउस आफ कामंस को प्राप्त है .
