An HPLC analysis of eleven " Lasallia " species revealed a number of secondary metabolites in this genus, including : gyrophoric acid, lecanoric acid, umbilicaric acid, 7-chloroemodin, valsarin and skyrin, hiascic acid and ovoic acid.
