| 1. | Pour marinade over fish, making sure pieces are coated evenly.

| 3. | Inject the marinade into the turkey thighs, legs and breast.

| 6. | Meanwhile, reduce marinade by half over medium-high heat.

| 7. | In a large saucepan, heat the reserved marinade to boiling.

| 8. | Just remember to whip together the marinade the night before cooking.

| 9. | Place steak and marinade in plastic bag, turning to coat.

| 10. | Broil for 15 minutes, basting with marinade every 5 minutes.
