The Chief Justice of the High Court would constitute a Tribunal for the trial of the said cases consisting of three persons who at the time of such constitution were judges , additional judges or officiating judges of the High Court . उक़्त मुकदमों के लिए उच्च न्यायालय के मुख़्य न्यायाधीश ऐसे तीन व्यक़्तियों को लेकर ट्रिब्यूनल का निर्माण करेंगे , जो उस वक़्त उच्च न्यायालय के सहायक या प्रभारी न्यायाधीश हों .
