The parasitic wasp " Aprostocetus psyllidis " of the Eulophidae occurs on and around phalsa ( " G . asiatica " ).

Citrus fruits such as oranges ( locally known as kinnows ) are main fruits grown in the village . As well as Jaman, Guavas and Mangoes Pears, Dates, Pomegranate, Phalsa and Almond are also grown in minor quantities.
