The amino acidstransfer-RNA complex becomes attached to the ribosome with its messenger RNA molecule when the addition of the amino acid to the growing peptide chain occurs . एमिनों अम्ल-ट्रांसफर आर.एन.ए . का संकर अणु अपने संदेशवाहक आर.एन.ए . अणु के साथ जुड़ जाता है तथा ये राइबोसोम से जुड़ जाते हैं जब पेप्टाइड श्रृंखला में वृद्धि होती है .
