When Subhas Chandra announced his decision to contest for a second term , it was immediately disapproved by the majority of the then Congress leadership . इसलिए जब दूसरी बार उन्होंने अध्यक्ष-पद का चुनाव लड़ने का ऐलान किया तो कांग्रेस नेतृत्व के तत्कालीन बहुमत ने उसे फौरन नामंजूर कर दिया .

None the less it may be necessary to put forward some such programme tentatively so that those concerned may know what the intentions of Congress workers and some leaders are today . फिर भी इस बारे में थोड़ा बहुत कार्यक्रम का ऐलान करना इसलिए जरूरी है कि लोग कांग्रेस के लोगों और उसके कुछेक नेताओं के मकसद को समझ सकें .

It should be pointed out , however , that the final decision will rest with the Congress sessions and everybody will have a right to have his say there . इस ऐलान में यह बता देना चाहिए कि इस बारे में आखिरी फैसला कांग्रेस के अधिवेशन में होगा , जहां हर किसी को अपनी अपनी राय जाहिर करने का पूरा हक रहता है .

Neither could Netaji obtain such a declaration from Hitlerite Germany , nor could Gandhiji and other Indian leaders extract a similar commitment from the British Government or any of its allies at any time during the war . न स्वयं नेताजी हिटलरवादी जर्मनी से ऐसा ऐलान करवा सके , न गांधी जी ब्रिटिश सरकार या उसके संधिबद्ध मित्रों से इस किस्म का कोई वादा करवा पाये .

Following the Calcutta Congress , Mahatma Gandhi declared that if the British Government did not concede Dominion Home Rule by 31st December 1929 , he would become an “ Independence-walla ” on 1st January 1930 . कलकत्ता कांग्रेस के बाद महात्मा गांधी ने ऐलान किया कि 31 दिसंबर , 1929 तक ब्रिटिश सरकार ने डोमिनियन होमरूल की मांग स्वीकार न की तो 1 जनवरी , 1930 से स्वयं भी पूर्ण स्वाधीनतावादी हो जायेंगे .

On the 21st October 1943 , he proclaimed the Provisional Government of Azad Hind at a historic assembly in Singapore . The Provisional Government was recognised by nine states including three world powersJapan , Germany and Italy . 21 अक़्तूबर , 1943 को सिंगापुर में एक ऐतिहासिक सभा में उन्होने ? अंतरिम आजाद हिंद सरकार ? की स्थापना का ऐलान किया और इस अंZतरिम सरकार को तीन विश्वशक़्तियों-जापान , जर्मनी और इटली-समेत नौ देशों ने मान्यता प्रदान की .

The naubatkhana or haqamkhana was an apartment especially set apart in the tower of a castle , the gateway of the palace or even near the battle field and housed a number of instruments which were sounded to announce various royal activities and pleasures . नौबतखाना या नक्कारखाना हवेली की बुर्जी , महल के प्रवेशद्वार और युद्ध क्षेत्र के पास बनाया गया एक विशेष कक्ष होता था जिसमें विभिन्न शाही गतिविधियों और उत्सवों के ऐलान के लिए बजाने को अनेक वाद्य होते थे .
