A near revolution is taking place in the judicial process , notwithstanding the unreasoned criticism of a few who live in ivory towers and palatial buildings , unmindful of the misery , suffering and exploitation of the underprivileged segments of society who constitute over 50 per cent of the population of this country . उन मुट्ठी भर लोगों की निराधार आलोचना के होते हुए भी जो समाज से कट कर विशाल भवनों के वासी हैं और जिन्हें समाज के उस पददलित वर्ग के दु : ख , पीड़ा और शोषण की कोई चिंता नहीं है जो इस देश की जनसंख़्या के 50 प्रतिशत से भी अधिक हैं . हमारी न्यायिक प्रक्रिया में एक क्रांति-सी आ रही है .
