Another important event which took place in Tashkent was the formation of the Communist Party of India . दूसरी महत्वपूर्ण घटना जो ताशकंद में घटी वह थी भारत की साम्यवादी पार्टी की स्थापना .

A FEW WEEKS after the second congress , Roy was in Tashkent1 to begin his work of spreading the revolution to the East . दूसरी कांग्रेस के कुछ ही महीनों बाद राय पूरब में क्रांति फैलाने ताशकंद पहुंच गए .

But as they were busy with other things , the main responsibility of the work of the bureau devolved on Roy . वे ताशकंद में ही रह रहे थे पर चूंकि वे दूसरे कार्यो में वयस्त थे , ब्यूरो के काम की सारी जिम्मेदारी राय को ही दी गई .

After the second Comintern congress , he welcomed his posting in Tashkent because that took him nearer to India . दूसरी कमिन्टर्न कांग्रेस के बाद उन्होनें ताशकंद में नियुक़्त होने का इसलिए स्वागत किया क़्योकि इससे वे भारत के निकट आ गये थे .

But where Roy occupied it , it had no furniture and fixtures except piles and piles of carpets . In winter , Tashkent was intensely cold . पर जब राय ने यहां रहना शुरू किया यहां कोई भी फर्नीचर या फिटिंग नहीं थी बस कालोनीं के ढेर थे जोड़ो मे ताशकंद में कड़ाके की सर्दी पडती थी .

Before Roy left for Tashkent , he was co-.opted a member of the small bureau called Mali Bureau set up the ECCI -LRB- Executive Committee of the Communist International -RRB- . ताशकंद रवाना होने से पहले राय साम्यवादी अंतर्राष्ट्रीय की कार्यकारिणी समिति द्वारा स्थापित उस छोटे ब्यूरो के सहयोजित सदस्य थे जो माली ब्यूरो कहा जाता था .
