Pair Bandai -LRB- touching the feet -RRB- is another custom which helps introduce the bride to husband 's family . इसी प्रकार बहू द्वारा ' पैर बंदाई ' ( पाव छूने ) की प्रथा भी परिवार तथा निकटस्थ संबंधियों का परिचय कराने की एक प्रथा है .

Visiting relatives and married daughters must not be sent back without gifts of sweets and clothes . पर्व-त्यौहार तथा विवाह आदि पर मायके आई बहू-बेटियों और निकटस्थ संबंधियों को वस्त्राभूषण तथा मिष्ठान आदि भेंट कर विदा किया जाता है .

First comes the mother-in-law who presents the bride with jewellery and , sees her face , then the uncle 's wives , sister-in-law etc . , follow . सर्वप्रथम सास अपनी बहू को आभूषण भेंट कर मुंह देखती है.तत्पश्चात जेठानी , ननदें , चाचियां , ताइयां , बुआएं आदि सभी निकटस्थ Zसंबंधी मुंह देखती समय बहू के आभूषण अथवा रुपये भेंट करते है .
