The conditions of service and tenure of office of the members of the Commission , cannot be changed to their disadvantage after the appointment . आयोग के सदस्यों की सेवा की शर्तों में और पदावधि में उनकी नियुक़्ति के प्रश्चात उनके लिए अलाभकारी परिवर्तन नहीं किए जा सकते .

No such notification is issued more than three months prior to the date on which the term of office of the retiring members is due to expire . जिस तिथि को सेवानिवृत्त होने वाले सदस्यों की पदावधि समाप्त होनी हो उससे तीन मास से अधिक समय से पूर्व ऐसी अधिसूयना जारी नहीं की जाती .
