As a desperate measure , two men jumped into the sea from the German submarine and swam to the Japanese . लाचार , दो जर्मन समुद्र में कूद गये और तैरते हुए जापानी पनडुब्बी तक जा पहुंचे .

As soon as the two of them entered the vessel , the doors closed and it disappeared under the sea . दोनों के भीतर घुसते ही पनडुब्बी के द्वार बंद हो गये और वह समुद्र-गर्भ में अदृश्य हो गयी .

Even under the most trying living conditions in the submarine , Netaji did not rest even for a day . पनडुब्बी में स्थिति अत्यंत कष्टकारी थी , इसके बावजूद नेताजी एक भी दिन निष्क्रिय नहीं रहे .

It was finally decided that a German submarine would carry Bose half way and the other half would be covered by Japan . अन्त में निश्चय हुआ कि आधे रास्ते तक उन्हें जर्मन पनडुब्बी ले जाएगी तथा शेष आधा रास्ता जापान की पनडुब्बी तय करेगी .
