The feeding of people in the temporary hutment , the construction of permanent structures , the digging of a well , pond and tank for the Hall were started on the same day with a ceremonial opening . उसी दिन पारंपरिक आयोजन के साथ अस्थायी आवास में लोगों के भोजन की व्यवस्था , स्थायी भवन-निर्माण की नीवं , कुंआ खोदने का कार्य तथा जलाशय तैयार करने का कार्य भी प्रारंभ हो गया .
