The judgement is recorded by giving findings on each issue and ultimately the conclusion is recorded which is called a ' decree ' . प्रत्येक विवाद्यक पर निष्कर्ष देते हुए निर्णय दिया जाता है और अंत में निष्कर्ष होता है जिसे डिक्री कहते हैं .

Under this article it is necessary that a pronouncement of the Supreme Court should be part of the ratio decidendi -LRB- reason or principle for deciding any particular issue or issues -RRB- of any judgement . इस अनुच्छेद के अधीन यह आवश्यक है कि उच्चतम न्यायालय का प्रख़्यापन किसी निर्णय के विनिश्चय-आधार ( अर्थात किसी विवाद्यक या विवाद्यकों का निर्णय करने का कारण या सिद्धांत ) का अंग हो .

If the written statement admits wholly or partly the claim as made in the plaint , a decree on admission can immediately be passed ; otherwise , the court has to determine the issue or points of dispute between the parties . अगर लिखित कथन में वाद में उल्लिखित दावे को पूर्णत : अथवा अंशत : स्वीकार कर लिया जाता है तो वाद ग्रहण करते समय तत्काल डिक्री पारित की जा सकती है ; अन्यथा न्यायालय को वादग्रस्त पक्षों के बीच विवाद्यक अर्थात विवादित बातों का अवधारण करना पड़ता है .
