So in training the mind it is necessary to keep the intellectual faculties in check and to awaken mystical consciousness by ascetic self-discipline . इसलिए मस्तिष्क को प्रशिक्षित करने के लिए बौद्धिक विद्याओं को नियंत्रण में रखना तथा रहस्यमय चेतना को तपश्चर्या आत्म संयम के द्वारा जागृत रखना जरूरी है .
