In fact , no objection can be taken under article 19 -LRB- l -RRB- -LRB- g -RRB- if the State carries on a business either as a monopoly , complete or partial , to the exclusion of all or some citizens only , or in competition with any citizen . असलियत यह है कि यदि राज्य सभा या कुछ नागरिकों का पूर्णतया या अंशतया अपवर्जन करके एकाधिकार के तौर पर या किसी नागरिक के साथ प्रतियोगिता करते हुए , कोई कारोबार चलाता है तो अनुच्छेद 19 ( 1 ) ( छ ) के अधीन उस पर कोई आपत्ति नहीं की जा सकती .
